Ultavlar Ltd. Şti., which was established to bring buildings equipped with superior standards to the Turkish construction industry, was founded in 1971 in a Project Office in Samsun.
The project office established by senior civil engineer Halit ULTAV and senior construction engineer Haluk ULTAV, continued to operate as a construction company after 1973.
Ultavlar Engineering Construction and Tourism Ltd. Şti. proceeded with its activities with the participation of civil engineer Nurettin ULTAV and has its signature in many distinguished buildings today.

Always with the principle of reaching further and achieving better quality and implementing innovations in the world rapidly, Ultavlar carried out projects that have always been successful since the first years.
While implementing all these projects, the perception of "solutions complying with the requirements of engineering and architecture" and delivering the work on time have formed the basic principles of Ultavlar. Guided by forward-thinking strategies for 50 years, Ultavlar have built many residences, workplaces and touristic facilities in Samsun, Kuşadası, İzmir, Ankara and Antalya.

After graduating from İstanbul Technician School in 1961 and from Ankara Higher Technician School in 1964, he worked in project drawing and supervisory services for 10 years and continues to work as a manager in construction and contracting works.
He graduated from Istanbul Construction Institute in 1959. In 1971, he graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University where he also completed his master's degree in 1972-1973. He continued to work as a static project engineer, site manager and lastly as a manager.
He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Sakarya University in 1976. He worked as a project engineer and site manager. He worked as site manager, project manager and director of projects for a1929 residential houses project (Angora Evleri) built on an area of 1450 decares in Ankara. Currently, he is carrying out management tasks in Ultavlar Ltd.
